Bought this for my sister from a week long stay. It was great for her suitcase and to put her dirty laundry in the little cubby. Very sturdy. Super easy to put together.

The luggage racks were very easy to put together, and they are a nice touch to add to a guest bedroom for any visiting travelers.We unfortunately ordered de-greaser in the same shipment that exploded, coating the entire box! The luggage racks were packed very well within the box, though, so they didn't suffer any damage or lingering smell from that incident.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but this is definitely not a super well made item. Good for occasional, lightweight use only.Biggest drawback is that it does not fold flat once assembled because one shelf has a stiffener in it (a good thing for use!). It will close sort of, if you unfasten the lower velcro tabs.Anyway, I think it will beat having guests out suitcases on the couch in my guest room, so that's a win. Glad for the price and the attempt at a creative use of the space under the top rack.Directions are almost totally pictures and numbered packages. I did have some trial and error in assembling, but it could have been my fault for assuming it was more obvious than it was. Not hard at all to backtrack and fix.

Easy to assemble. The compartments were great for storing visiting family members’ essentials as well as their dirty laundry. Fold up for storage once guests leave.

Overall the idea is great, I love having storage in the otherwise wasted space underneath the top of the luggage rack.The instructions are not very clear - for instance on step 2 of the assembly instructions, they show the legs upside down, but I didn't realize you had to flip them again in step 5. The part of the leg that has 2 holes needs to be at the top (1 for the luggage stand top and 1 for the storage compartment hanging rod). This required me to do some disassembly and reassembly which was annoying but not the worst.After putting everything together, I finally strapped the Velcro on the bottom of the fabric storage compartment to the support rods, and I discovered that the stitching on the Velcro to the storage compartment fabric is very weak - the threading on one strap broke instantly.The other straps seem okay for now, but be careful not to strap it too tight. I don't have a sewing machine, otherwise I'd just fix the stitching myself. I would've done a replacement on Amazon but I don't want to replace the entire thing, I just need a replacement storage compartment, especially since it took about half an hour to build.Because the product is functional and serves its purpose, but because of the confusing instructions and the low quality stitching on the Velcro straps, I'm rating this a 3/5.

Arrived poorly manufactured and unusable, returned immediately.The straps on top were poorly assembled on one side and not properly sewn together (if at all) rendering the product unusable.
