Note:
1.This grass mat adopts a 0.8-inch (20MM) short grass shape. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Please purchase according to your actual needs.
2.Turf roll grass pile may be squashed when received due to packing reasons. Don't worry, just need to reverse brush or be left for 3 days under sunshine to recover straight pile naturally.
3.You can take care of your synthetic grass by using a rake, a leaf blower, or hosing turf with water to keep it looking fresh and luscious.
Heyroll turf is made of tough, durable synthetic grass fibers, but also need to take certain precautions to prevent damage to the artificial turf:
- Furniture and equipment with sharp or jagged edges should not be placed on pet turf as this may puncture or tear the turf rug.
- Never leave a parked vehicle on the grass lawns, avoid vehicle exhaust damage the artificial grass roll.
- Make sure turf is not exposed to reflected sunlight windows as this may fuse the turf fibers.
When the sun shines, the surface temperature of the grass will increase. It is not recommended to play on the turf rug when it is hot.

Q4:How can I make the two lawns I purchased join together naturally?
A : The grass of the fake grass has one direction. In order to make the two lawn turfs spliced naturally, it is recommended that you splice along the same direction of the lawn.

I used this to recover my front porch. The carpet was much nicer than what had been there before. The color looks great and it seems like it will be very durable. My porch is a high traffic area, so durability was a top priority. So far it cleans up well & it seems to pick up less hair & debris than what I had previously which is great!

After unwrapping and unrolling, I noticed the length was 4 feet short. The packaging shows 3x10, but the product is 3x6. The quality is not as good as other artificial grass I have purchased. It was shedding as I rerolled it for exchange for the correct size. Would be appreciated if the replacement was shipped faster than 5 days, considering it is their mistake. I also have to repackage and haul the wrong sized roll to UPS. Made in China!
