Your cart is empty.This HFS product is a set of two precision-ground angle plates made from hardened steel, designed for calibrating and measuring exact angles. The set includes a 45/45/90 degree plate measuring 3" x 3" x 4-3/8" and a 30/60/90 degree plate measuring 4" x 3-15/32" x 2". Each plate has four 11/32" holes for easy mounting and is 9/32" thick. These angle plates are ideal for applications in tools, production, and inspection, providing accurate and reliable performance for precise engineering and machining tasks.

The angles are dead on according to my measurements. I also slid the 90’s together on the surface plate and the joint where they met virtually disappeared. Certainly these angle plates are within .0005 accuracy. Which, considering the price, ain’t too shabby. Nice storage container as well.

I needed the 45 degree to drill 2 holes exactly 45 degrees relative to the other in stainless steel cylinders. This got me 45.5 according to our brown and sharpe 3D indicator and 2 pins. Thankfully I was in tolerance still for my parts. Anyone needing better should get name brand or water jet and surface your own. Quick shipping.

The angles work very well for saw set up at a fraction of the price advertised by woodworking specialty shops. Setting the blade precisely for these miter cuts has given me repeatable and interchangeable fit on corners and inlay.
