I gotta say, I went into purchasing this item cautiously optimistic at how it would perform. I mean, it was 20% the price of the similarly designed Delta (GR250) Glass Rinser. (There is a cheaper GR150 but that is plastic versus full metal construction).Installation was not hard at all, I tee'd off of my hot water line to get a nicer clean on my glasses and the included tee worked like a charm. I didn't have to drill a hole in my countertop because I installed this rinser in place of my dishwasher air gap (Replaced it with a high loop to meet UPC requirements) The hardest part of this install was the re-routing of the dishwasher line , getting it to mate up properly to my GD and then finding out that my garbage disposal has a small leak, but that's a story for a different review.So far, this has been making washing water bottles, cups, coffee mugs a CINCH! SO much so that i'm starting to do dishes on my own instead of waiting for the wife.. That alone should make the purchase worthwhile (in her eyes). The only downside I've seen thus far is that after use, there is a small puddle of water that pools right at the lip of the rinser; a small price to pay for a MAJOR time saver. This was worth every penny. Highly recommend it!

Bought this when I replaced our kitchen faucet. Install was extremely easy and it connected right to the hot water line. It’s light weight, but high quality. It’s resistant to scratches and scuffs and great value for the price.

I really like this gizmo! I have used it a few times since installing it.I am by no means an expert plumber, a very DIY kind of person. From unboxing to installed it literally took 15 minutes. Anyone can easily figure this out without instructions. It is already beveled with a pretty decent angled gasket on the unit that allows all water to flow right out. I have a hard time seeing why some people needed to shim the unit for water drainage.The Pros:-Can be hooked up to hot or cold water-Easy to install-Powerful water flow-Nice long water supply hose-Decent T adapter for the water lineThe Con (in my case):-It was missing the two set screws for the mounting nutIf I could make a recommendation to the seller/manufacturer it would be:-Add a small bit of Teflon tape to the package to make installation more complete. I always have some laying about, but for the people who don't that would be a nice to have to prevent thread leaks.-The other thing would be quality control (and the reason for losing a star, it was kind of disheartening to see the two set screws missing for the mounting nut. Maybe if they see this review I could get some screws sent this way and I will give it the 5th star. It isn't like it was a hard hurdle to overcome, I just tightened the nut down on the bottom of the sink the best I could to get it to stay, it wasn't that much of a horrible issue.Overall I am impressed and would recommend this product. This really helps clean all the glasses and jars. I just wish that I had something like this when the kids were still using baby bottles., it would have been a life saver.

I'm super happy with how well it works. Install was easy and it fits great; I was initially worried it wouldn't fit since I have less than and inch from where my sink ends and my back splash begins.I'll update if I have any issues!

Funktioniert super :)War alles dabei was benötigt wird :)Für sodastream flaschen ist das bisschem groß da das wasser und die luft nicht ausweichen kann. Aber wenn man es bisschen schräck hält funktioniert es trotzdem

Fabulous package contains everything I needed in a carefully foam wrap.Drilled stainless steel sink after careful measurement with a circular bit.You do need some experience with power tools.Brilliant washing tool even for cappuccino grounds/handleHighly recommend
