I've had my Kangen machine for at least 15 years and this is the FIRST time I didn't have to fight with the filter to replace it. Took 3 minutes rather than the previous 20 and no leaks. Will definitely buy from them again!

I ordered my new filter for my water filtration machine. I installed it and 2 weeks later. It's not working, it is prompting to change the new filter!!! Evidently the one I purchased was defective. I'm hoping to get a replacement real soon.
