I really, really wanted to like these pedals. I like plastic pedals that don't scratch my van when I carry them on a rack. I loved the wide platform of the pedals, they gripped my shoes surprisingly well. I even had ordered two sets as the price was so inexpensive. I ride about 40 miles per day. Both sets on the second day (after about 60 total miles) the right pedal started making a clicking sound like the bearings were bad or the plastic internal to the pedal broke. They might be alright for a kids bike that doesn't get used that much. I thought everything was great with these pedals EXCEPT that both sets failed in only about 60 miles.
