The shim wasn't quite thick enough for my application so I backed it up with a couple of razor blades from a snap off blade knife. That worked perfectly

It will break very easy. Poor quality steel

This works great and cut through aluminum very easily. The produced keyhole was precise so the key fit perfectly.

Cut keyway in 420 stainless steel and it worked excellent. Quality of the material and size are excellent.

This tooling is about as cheaply made as any I have seen. I was able to use only one time on mild steel with the cutting teeth braking off. If you what to use more then one or two times, buy something else.

the base is a little oversize for the size of the broach but still a good tool
