Very nice product. The runout was under the maximum they listed even when fully retracted. I purchased this HHIP and the other One commonly sold on Amazon and it was far superior. I Purchased a small HHIP chuck and it mounted without any issues and no additional TIR. I have ran this up to 4000 RPMs and it runs as smooth as can be. If you want a sensitive drill feed, this is the one to get

Didn't measure the runout but this allowed me to drill multiple #74 holes in 6061-T6 with no problem and no broken bits (yet).

Item arrived with broken ball bearing shield loose upon the shaft. Unusable as received! Zero quality control! Rip off!
