No cotter pins were included. Not a huge deal but would be nice to have them. The item was packed well and seem heavy duty. The price is a good value for the build quality. Unfortunaty I won't be able to put these to the test because I got the wrong size for my application.However if this is the size you need I'd buy them. Just remember you'll need some cotter pins but they are cheap.

Fit good on the kids go kart needs washers and carter keys with them and they would be awesome
