I love the rain and my wife likes the hand held option. It was easy to install and works perfectly well. So far th quality looks good and functions well. I do recommend this shower! Money well spent for a luxurious shower experience.

Great shower head! Good pressure, wide surface area, much better than the old landlord special we got when we moved into our new house. It’s aesthetically pleasing to look at, and easy to use. The turn dials to change the output are smooth, which was a gripe with my last shower head. Only issues would be the manual, you really have to dedicate some brain power to deciphering the way the instructions are written.

A comparable unit to this at any box hardware store is more than double the price, I expected very little from this. In the box the first thing I noticed was several extra seals, and gaskets, including seals for the joints, extra seals and screens for the joints, preassure and efficiency reduces for those who have erratic water preassure or are just very water use conscious,extra tips for the rain fall shower jets and enough tape to do five showers. The rainfall head and all connections are of decent quality metal, but that stops at the handheld head which is a very light plastic. The function an the hand held is decent, all the settings are fairly nice as well even with our lack luster water preassure, I personally prefer an handle with a bit more heft to it and a setting with a bit more kick to it, but over all it is is right in the middle of the pack for anything you can purchase at a box store. The hand held holder is nice, it has a renter friendly sticker back to it with the option to put screws in as well, it is again plastic and holds it from the hose connection which allows for replacing the handheld with any standard connection hand held if it breaks or you don't like it. The hand helt holder also allows for the handle to be vertical or tilted to about 6 different angles and is far better than the typical cheap plastic holder off of the shower arm that almost always breaks then just looks stupid. Over all the only other ding I have is the rainfall arm could be a bit longer, in the small stall shower it struggles to get to the middle and in our tub shower it is too far forward for my liking. All in all if there was a half star option I would give this a 4.5 as long as it holds up over time, as of now after a month of use it's doing very well.

In contrast to the description, only the rain shower head is all metal. The handheld head is the ususal plastic, but seems to be of good quality. And it does make sense, since the handheld would probably be too heavy in metal for the stick-on holder. Happy with the purchase. Really nice rainshower and very functional handheld. Looks great and was easy to install.

We love this shower head! Recently purchased this and installed this showerhead to replace one that was made by a well known brand. This was much less expensive but initial impressions are that it is well made from quality materials. The one it replaced was mostly plastic but this is predominately made of metal. Performance is first rate. The only drawback so far is that there is no way to turn off the whole unit (or place in a low flow mode) to conserve a little water while working up a lather. Other than that it produces a great rainfall effect as well as having a very functional hand held secondary head with enough hose to reach all the nooks and crannies! This shower head is a best buy! The instructions are the worst feature but assembly was generally intuitive and straightforward.

I don’t usually do this, but I am so impressed with the quality of this shower head I have to write a review. As a handyman I have installed probably a hundred “upgrade†plumbing and electrical fixtures and have rarely been impressed, so when my wife told me she was going to order a shower head on Amazon I set my expectations very low. When it arrived I opened the box and was immediately surprised that it had good instructions and did seem to be rather substantial. I knocked on the head and felt the components and they all seemed decent and pretty solid. I was actually impressed when I realized the valve assembly that attaches to the shower arm was metal and I was able to actually tighten it. Then the big one hit me-not only is it real metal, with real seals, but it comes with two sets of restrictors to choose from. California or standard low flow. You actually have options. I chose option 3, no restriction (not on the list of choices) and have old school water flow. Also included are extra seals and some replacement nipples for the head in case you need to service down the road. I do believe this fixture will last a decade or more. Zero leaks, 100% confidence, and easily 1/3 or 1/4 of the price of the name brands from the big box stores. This is, by FAR, the highest quality replacement pluming fixture I have ever installed. 100% recommend!

Works very well. Nice size and provides a good area of water for thorough washing. Wand is very nice. Power washer function works great for cleaning.Product feels stable and like it is quality. It doesnt have that cheap plastic feel to it so definitely better materials are used.I do wish it came with an adapter for a couple more inches away from the wall but i guess that depends on the standpipe coming out. Easy fix....will be getting a secondary piece for that very soon.No complaints at all. I absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a rainshower feeling....this is my first one and im impressed.Probably not turning back from rainshower ever again.

Needed to replace my old shower wand. Decided to give this rainflow model a try. Nice fit and finish. They even included extra nozzle bits for the rain head. The install instructions were clear. I recommend following the pipe tape instructions if many wraps. It seems like too much but it works and there's no leaks.The shower wand is pretty good. All the options of the other brands and good water flow.The wall mount for the shower wand I wasn't sure about but it's been great. I wasn't sure how long it would stick on my the side of my bathtub surround walls but it's been many months now without an issue. It's been nice to have it off to the side in my setup.There are 3 positions for the system. Rain head, wand, or both. They all work well and without issue.

This shower is of great quality and stainless steel we have had it for over a year and is stilll as new!The components are finely crafted and the design is great, we professionally renovated our bathroom/s and this is our main shower and has worked flawlessly and lived up to its promise! Great soothing shower/massage make you feel you are in a spa! I am in the process of buying another Hibbent shower as well. Fully recommend.
