We purchased these cards and for some reason our system didn't recognize them at all. I submitted a return request and made contact with the seller.. I am glad I did because they helped me find the correct cards I need for my system. The customer support is seriously a cut above, and I will continue to purchase cards from this company from now on. Prices are more than fair, cards are as advertised, and you can't beat the support they put behind there product.
