The pieces fit perfectly on our 81 Corvette and we charged it up with R1234 and the a/c works.

I just received the items and noticed the following: Low side pressure adaptor plastic cap was broken and a part of the blue plastic cap is stuck in the metal piece. Is not usable since it cannot be covered after installation. On the high pressure adaptor the O ring is missing. Cannot be used. The only thing I can use is the valve core removal tool. See attached pictures.

Once I removed the seals that came in them and put in some better quality ones, they worked fine

The low side fitting works fine, the high side fitting does not fit on the R-12 fitting so you cannot use both guages.

The high side port adapter is to small to fit on the high side port on my 1986 (r12) classic car
