Nice unit, but quality is as expected. Would like to find a truly exceptional one of these. Will be good for intended purposes; camp coffee, hot water for scouts, stews, boils, etc.

Works well with decent flame and air control. However, not sure this is actually cast iron. Seems like spray painted metal and from the look of the bottom of my pot after using it once, it's not even heat resistant paint.The legs do bolt on and are not welded to the burner top, however it seems sturdy enough. The wind gaurd around the burner (oe of the reasons I selected this item) is not sufficient to block even a slight breeze.
