Work great! They lock onto the webbing wherever you put them and don’t move

When I’m diving sidemount LP85 and adding an AL40 deco cylinder I need a bit of trim weight. On my XDeep Stealth harness it’s easy to just add 2-4# as I need in the crotch strap rather than more weight in the spine pockets. Very functional design.

What should take seconds to install, took hours. The nylon-wrapped multiple rubber strands comprising the tie is microns thinner than the hole through which tie must pass through to the other side to tie off. The set of 4 ties (2 ties per plate) are factory heat-sealed at the ends to prevent raveling, but make the tie too thick to pass through the hole, so one has to trim the tie, and immediately the rubber winding expands and the nylon wrapping becomes undone. A pair of needle-nose pliers and ice pick to push the ends did not work. What did the trick was passing through the unraveled nylon threads through first, then wiggling the rubber strands of the elastic rope through. What a DRAG.

This is simple and does the job, but this should come assembled. It doesn't because it the burnt ends on the Bungie are larger than the corner holes. You have to twist them in or remove the melted stub; I shouldn't have to modify your product to assemble it for you out of the packaging.

Originally heard about these to add extra trim weights to sidemount BCDs so I bought a couple sets. Was a little confused since I didn't see anywhere in the description that it was a pair so I ended up with a second set. My fault but they didn't go to waste. Super easy to set up and attach to your BC and makes weight balancing super flexible. HIGHLY recommend having a set.
