The ski and snowboard holder is a must-have for anyone looking to organize and protect their gear. Whether it’s for storing in the garage or keeping your equipment safe while transporting it, this holder does it all. Here’s why I think it’s a fantastic choice:Pros:Sturdy and Reliable: Made from high-quality materials, the holder feels durable and secure. It safely holds my skis and snowboards without worry of them slipping or getting damaged.Space-Saving: This holder mounts easily to the wall, saving valuable floor space. It’s a great solution for anyone with limited storage room or who wants to keep their gear off the ground and out of the way.Easy Installation: It comes with all the necessary hardware, and installing it was straightforward. It took just a few minutes to mount, and the sturdy design keeps the gear secure once in place.Versatile: The holder fits both skis and snowboards of varying sizes, making it a versatile option for different types of winter sports equipment. It can also hold poles, making it even more convenient for organizing all your gear.Protective: The holder is designed to protect your equipment from scratches and dents. The soft padding ensures that your skis and boards are held securely without any risk of damage.Cons:Wall-Mounting Required: While this is an advantage for space-saving, some people might not want to drill holes into their walls. It’s not ideal for renters or anyone who prefers freestanding storage.Limited Capacity: Depending on the design, some holders may only fit a limited number of skis or snowboards. If you have a large collection, you might need multiple holders.

With a few modification this works for skis but does not hold a snowboard. If you are looking to hang snowboards look elsewhere.Pros: good for the price to hold skis. I put a few strips of foam to get some grip on the skis and used a bungee to make sure the skies don't slide off. With six screw it's pretty secure, however they came with the wrong length screws.Cons: It will not hold a snowboard, the size of the holding tooth is just too small. And they came with 1inch screws that would not engage with the wall anchor, I had to purchase 1 1/2 inch screw to make it work.

I was pretty disappointed because there were no instructions and when we try to put the skis on the mount, they simply fall off and slide through the middle.

These work well once they are installed. Needed to make a trip to the hardware store to get longer screws. The screws that came with them are about a half inch to short.

This is quite easy to install. There are 6 holes but you only really need maybe 4. Just look for a stud in the wall and as long as you have 2 of them in the stud, and the rest of them plugged in the dry wall you should be fine. The adjustments are very easy to clamp the skis, and is suitable for all ski types. Definitely helps in organizing the skits in the house!

This ski wall mount is priced well below some other wall mounts, but there's a reason for it. This doesn't have the pivot & gravity squeeze grip that other similar looking wall mounts have. This wall mount allows you to adjust the width of the blue holders, but you have to fix them to the width you choose. Then your skis slide in and the pressure of the tips bending outwards is what holds the skis from falling off. This won't work for a snowboard like the title says.
