My dog was having problems with loose stool. On a recommendation, I ordered this dog food, and gave it a try. My dog loves the food, and within two days her loose stool was becoming more normal and solid. It seems a bit pricey, but I have started adding a bit of her kibble to it to help make it last longer. She still love it that way too, and is maintaining a normal stool. So will buy again, and would recommend.

I have a miniature poodle and he absolutely loves this wet food. There have been no digestive issues, a great quality food. I love the auto ship, my subscription arrives on time.

Our dog has a "soft stool" problem. We tried a lot of different foods, probiotics, and supplements, but nothing helped. Switching to this food fixed the problem immediately. She has been better literally since the first day we fed her this food. We switched completely to this (not a gradual introduction), and that very day the problem was resolved. It was much better and faster than I expected.My other dog didn't need special food, but he noticed this (it must smell and taste good to them). He demands this food now because he likes it. I have always had trouble getting him to eat enough, so I gave into him, and am now feeding this to both of my dogs.This food isn't cheap, but it is worth it.

It seems everyone has a hard time keeping this in stock. Get ahead of what you need so you don’t run out. Same issues in stores so I assume it is a manufacturer issue.

Dogs are capable of many, many things. Feeding themselves isn't high on that list for them. They are "at the mercy" of having to eat what you give them. So, I have always looked at this situation considering what I would expect if I had to rely on someone providing me meals and I had no alternative except to eat it or starve.It's as simple as that for me and I think it to be a reasonable expectation / realization. Given that, I take the time to research and locate dog food that does more than just "fill their belly". It needs to do much more than just that. Obviously, it needs to be something that the dog likes to eat, not just because he / she is hungry, but more importantly, because they like the food and anticipate it being served to them.But more importantly, it needs to be "genuine food" that contains the vitamins and other nutrients required to keep them healthy. Dog food packed with fillers and preservatives are a non-starter for me.Science Diet dog food provides these essential ingredients and I trust them to always to do so.

The vet prescribed hills to us and are we thrilled!Unfortunately, our Pitt is 13 years old nut better late than never, I guess. He became very upset and we took to another vet. He prescribed this and he is doing great. He even lost weight because this food has the perfect amount of fat etc. he looks great, seems to have more energy, and eats it like crazy.I wish we had known way back when we got him. Love it

Hills science food is fantastic. My dog has gastrointestinal issues and this food has always given her no issue. 2 years and never had an issue with quality control

I have a Shih Tzu that has had tummy issues since birth. Tried many different food brands. The vet suggested Hills, they sell the vet version and was a little pricey. Then found the commercial version and have had no issues whatsoever with this dog food. My 3 year old fur kid loves it and he is happy and healthy. Added bonus to ordering on amazon, it comes right to your door! Which is fantastic because I don’t have to carry all the cases in from the store to my car and my car to my home.
