Work as advertised. Probably a good idea to not only crimp these on, but also solder if possible. I have had two of them fall off the stranded wire they were crimped on to. I suppose that my issue would depend on the type of wire you are crimping on to. In order for me to mitigate the issue, I also soldered the wire to the eyelet. This requires a lot of heat, but works well.
