Bought 4 package, used to fix the front seat of 2004 Honda Pilot seat cover panel, it has two layers, needs two for each, then use a washer, #10, 2 inch screw, perfect fix, total cost:

Not much to be expected, so far it works as expected. I'll update after a while to let you know how well it holds up. I'm using it as a collar on a jig to help drill straight.
