These are listed as a 5/16 fastener, with a label that says .437 x .201. However, it does not say what number goes with what dimension, so I recieved washers that were way smaller than I expected. Here's what the numbers correspond to, do you don't order the wrong ones like I did.437 = overall outside diameter.201 = inside hole diameter.281 = outside step diameter.102 = overall thickness

The Hillman 58205 Nylon Shoulder Washers are well formed, but the Circumference is tapered, not straight cut. These worked as I needed. Thanks DMWorrel
