These are my favorite concrete anchors. You can adjust the height exactly, they always set properly and never fall into a deep hole, and you can remove them.

nice product. not really meant to be removed and replaced more than twice. The nail head broke off of one. It's a nice solution if you don't want permanent anchors in the ground.
