As you can see the webbing on my hitch interfered with the normal mounting. So, I installed it upside down and I think that it worked better. Instead of forcing the hitch upwards with the trailer weight pushing it down. Now both the trailer and the clamp are working together. Tomorrow I will cut off the excess threads.
