I orginally gave this item 1 star becuase of the issues listed below. However, after contacting Hiwill they were able to take care of me. They offered great cuatomer service!!!I am having issues with normal tv treble sounding shaky or distorted. I have tried all different settings and treble settings but nothing works. I switched out the optical cable and made sure everything was level. Still treble sounds horrible.Also I believe the soundbar is causing interference with my PS5 controller. Since I have set up the soundbar my PS5 controller has major lag.My last issue is Hiwill is not amazon certified so you cannot control the volume with your fire remote if you use fire stick or cube.

remote arrived broken and im having a hard time getting in touch for a replacement. remote controls most features and without it this is useless. will return if cant get new remote unfortunately. edit: seller sent replacement

I connected this sound bar system to my TCL Roku smart tv. The installation was very simple. I opted to use the HDMI ARC connection because my experience with optical plugs (which the product does feature) has not been great.I would like to have seen a longer wire for the subwoofer. The two front speakers are plenty long enough --in fact too long-- but the subwoofer should be long enough to reach to the floor.It was a quick configuration to set my television for external speakers and the unit powered on and immediately recognized the connection. I like the fact that the volume is controllable via my Roku remote even though the other adjustments require the soundbar remote. The sound bar appears to recognize when the tv turns on which is a feature I very much appreciate.The front display is helpful but doesn't glow all the time and the low profile look allows the system to hide itself nicely.It has big output for its size and can easily fill the room with sound. The bass output is modest and will not be confused with a thumping stereo, but explosions and such rattle the floor a little.From what I can tell the price falls in the middle of other similar products making it a good value, but most people will not recognize the brand name. It doesn't have any mind blowing frills such as decorative dancing led lights or color changing display, but for someone looking to enhance their home entertainment without dropping 200.00, this is a reasonable option.

I thought I was happy with the sound quality from my TV, but I found the volume wasn’t loud enough, and when I turned the set up the distortion became too much to live with.I found the answer with this Hiwill 4.1 ch surround system. The volume was no longer an issue, but surprisingly I found the improvement in sound quality amazing. The bass notes rumbled and the higher sounds, voices in particular, were clear.The soundbar is 430 mm wide and the rear speakers are even smaller at 160 x 100 x 60 mm. The sub woofer measures 300 x 230 x 135 mm. Even though small the surround sound system produces a fantastic sound for its size.Without a memory function your preferred settings need reconfiguring every time the system is rebooted. Okay, Hiwill have acknowledged this issue and offer a firmware update to rectify the problem. However, one of the pictures in the listing says the firmware is on Amazon Hiwill. If it is I can’t find it! I looked on every page, I searched for “firmware update†in the search box without any joy. I am reasonably tech savvy, so I’m reasonably sure I’d be able to figure out the upgrade process, but will most people? Is it right that the consumer should have to go to such lengths to put right a Hiwill problem? At this stage I see no option but to contact Hiwill as their pictured advice hadn’t got me very far.In a world where a lot of money can be spent on surround sound systems this Hiwill 4.1 ch system is unlikely to break the bank. You won’t get better for £129.99.

First of all, this sound system was SO easy to get up and running. Seriously, the instructions are crystal clear and I managed to do it all myself in about 15 minutes. I haven't mounted the side speakers to the wall yet but I really appreciate that it came with the mounts for it.There are a lot of different inputs, but the only one i'm making use of is the television one as that's what we use most of in our house. It's such an improvement on the speakers that are installed in our TV.

This soundbar offers a decent Dolby Atmos experience for the price, making it a good choice for smaller rooms or bedrooms. It provides solid surround sound performance with the ability to separate the speakers for a wider soundstage which I really liked, and it includes multiple connection options for flexibility.The sound quality is fine for its class, it's a bit undefined at times but for the price it's more than good enough and much better than general TV speakers. The Dolby Atmos spatial audio helps create an immersive effect, but it’s important to manage expectations—it’s not on the same level as a high-end system like my Sonos setup in our living room. That said, for casual listening, gaming, or a secondary TV setup, it does the job well. The 12 levels of bass and treble adjustment are a nice touch, allowing for some customisation, but I do find the preset EQ modes a bit pointless. And while the alloy drivers enhance clarity, the overall sound profile, particularly the surround effect, is still a bit limited.A notable issue is the lack of memory function on this batch, meaning it resets to ARC input and default EQ settings when powered off. The manufacturer does offers a firmware update to fix this, but I haven't done this yet. Overall though, it's a good value option for those looking for an affordable, compact Dolby Atmos setup - it delivers a solid audio experience without breaking the bank.

This 4.1 inch 300W really useful and helpful plus very powerful surround sound system set doing awesome job I must admit, it's very comfortable, quick and simple to use plus installation and set up is also very easy, but I mostly like that it looks like really good solid quality for long time of use.This set also will deliver authentic surround sound, it brings every scene to life with crystal-clear dialogue, booming bass, and immersive spatial audio too.I also really like that watching any movie with this set is more amazing then ever.It also can be easily connected to your smart TV, smartphone, or PC via eARC, ARC, optical, or Bluetooth.I also really like this optimal sound quality and this lightweight design, excellent conductivity, and high rigidity.I can easily recommended to anyone for this really reasonable price.

What absolutely fantastic sound bar, the audio quality is superb. Very clear and plenty of bass. It was very easy to set up and the separate speakers come with wall mounts . You have various inputs ,Bluetooth ,usb,hdmi aux and optical. I've been watching back to the future tonight and it sounded amazing. The audio is very immersive. It comes with a remote to change inputs,volume etc which is good quality. If you want a budget system that's better than your TV speakers this is for you. I highly recommend it.
