I ride my VFR to commute. Often in fairly cold weather. As long as it's not icy, I ride. I also wear prescription eyeglasses. So I have had issues with fogging. I wear a Bell MX-9 helmet and this deflector fit easily and well. It keeps my breath off of my glasses and wind shield. It has effectively eliminated fogging. I can see!

Although it was designated for an HJC helmet, it fits and works well in my daughter's AFX helmet. The velcro allows for a lot of adjustment and the moldable nosepiece seals well. I'll buy another one for my helmet.

Works great keeps face warm while leaving mouth open so you do not get a wet frozen head sock under your helmet
