The product is great all around but the lid is about the size of the speed feed so if you go to load up real fast some paintballs are going to fall. Smaller lids fit right into the speed feed so you can just throw your pod in fast without losing as many paintballs.

Lock lid gimmick. This pops open easily vs to the standard pods

The product is great all around but the lid is about the size of the speed feed so if you go to load up real fast some paintballs are going to fall. Smaller lids fit right into the speed feed so you can just throw your pod in fast without losing as many paintballs.

These hold a lot of paintballs but be warned, they will likely open up on their own. Use with a strapped harness or turn top up in strapless.

I wanted to like these. On paper the design sounds great but in practice I had a few issues. I was using a carbon cc strapless harness with these. The 1st pod popped open when sliding into snake and I think the pod grazed the ground and opened up everywhere. 2nd pod opened while I was crawling through snake shortly after the 1st pod opened. 3rd pod opened while I was loading them, I filled it so there was no ball shaking (so lid was under pressure), put in my pack and while just standing off the field between rounds it popped spilling everything. 3x 185 balls is a lot of paint and none of it ever made it to my actual hopper. I like hk but these pods might work better for a strapped harness.
