No idea about how sturdy it is because I only just purchased it. Works well. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean.

This jerky making tool works great! It’s easy to set up and easy to use. I had no problem's making the jerky and it turned out delicious! The parts are easy to take apart and wash after use. Overall, it’s great!

Very happy with it for the price I paid. Seems like the same stuff they sell at big sporting goods stores for a lot better price. Packaged very well and came with a lot of attachments. Seems pretty durable put about 30lbs of venison through it so far. Easy to clean and use I’d recommend it.

Lasted for one batch before breaking. It was extremely hard to operate the grip/trigger and would not expel the ground meat.

I'd thought that a part had broken during first use. I relooked at what went wrong and determined that it is not broken, but rather I'd not properly checked all functionality. This is working like a champ now!!
