I was upset that I lost my original center fin due to my own negligence. Fortunately, for me, this thing works great and unlike many of the reviews, the center pin thing that holds it in place stays in place. I was very nervous about losing my fin while on a long paddle across the Biscayne Bay, so I used the original rubber locks things that fit in the holes of this fin, and it worked like a charm. I don’t think I needed them, but they gave me extra confidence as the tide was quite low, and I was worried the bottom of the fin would hit and dislodge. Overall, it worked great. My tracking was great. I like the bright orange color. I’m super happy.

This fin makes getting ready so much better. No more fumbling with that annoying fin screw and plate. Just slide it in the fin slot and snap in. Easy! High quality. Love the orange color, it’s a nice change from the boring black fins that everyone makes. Hope they make them in other colors soon!

This is a great replacement fin. It is solid in the fin box, and I would buy again if I ever lose it.

The first fin I ordered was defective. The locking nylon roller was offset and not centered on the fin, making it impossible to lock it into the fin box. Once in, the fin was cocked to the side as it was not locked in fully. I returned it for a replacement but, it again was defective like the first one. Very poor quality.I bought this because of the good reviews it got.Maybe I got 2 bad ones, going to order from a different company.

The stainless pin slid out the back of the fin, allowing the 'tension bead' to fall out, never to be found. It needs some sort of retention feature on the back of the fin. or you could use a drop of marine epoxy.

Exact replacement for my FCS 9.0 touring fin which is more expensive and has fallen out of my board twice. This holds great and is as solidly built as the other one. Highly recommend for the price

It works well on my Level Six SUP, which was purchased at COSTCO. We tried several sails. The installation and sailing were all pretty good. I have another original one and felt no difference between them.

Will absolutely NOT fit in a SUP. Surf board, other board maybe. But if you have a 12-15psi stand up paddle board with a detachable center fin, this will NOT work in it.

Works great on my SUP. Snaps in tightly.However the steel pin came out on my first one and the snap-bead was lost in the grass. Returned it and got another one - the pin came out on this one too with a few light taps. So I applied a bit of silicone to the end of the pin before reinserting it. Should hold.
