This thing is amazing! My husband has bad knees and I have hip issues and this has completely changed our kneeboard game. He can now kneel and ride the kneeboard multiple times a weekend and for much longer with the Pannoshock. Without it, he could only go a few minutes once in a weekend and he'd have pain after. It is inflatable so you can adjust it to where it is best for you. It's been fantastic!

This inflatable seat is the best thing to happen to kneeboarding since the CINCH strap! This thing makes riding so comfortable and cushioned. It is not bouncy, just pure cushion. I don’t inflate all the way; only enough to provide cushion, yet stay low profile in the strap. It is awesome!
