This bag looks great and is a really nice size. The "leather" is soft and looks more real than I expected. The shoulder strap is pretty, but is a bit slippery and slides around easily. When worn as a cross-body, it tends to slide up against my neck which can be irritating. But it's detachable, so can easily be replaced with a different strap. My only other complaint is that the internal pockets don't fit my phone. They are wide enough, but too high so the top sticks out beyond the zipper. But there is a zipper pocket on the outside that it fits in well, so it's just an adjustment. Overall, it is a really nice bag and I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love my vegan leather bag! It’s not too small & not too large. Very nice looking. I have no problem with the zippers. The crossbody strap is pretty & made well. I am Happy! With my purchase & the price was very reasonable. 🤩

I welcomed this purse as a nice alternative to my smaller crossbody purse. The color of the vegan leather appeared darker in the picture, but is still beautifully rich. Although the strap is also beautiful, I thought that it would be thicker and have a higher quality feel. I like that the purse can easily be converted to a crossbody. I have worn it both ways. It suits my needs very well.

I like the style of this bag and I love the shoulder strap design, but I am not impressed with how much smaller it actually is from the photos shown.The quality is good, so I will make the best of it by downsizing my usual haul.

I am so happy with my bag. One of the best items I have bought from Amozon. I am able to put all my thing in my bag and for me it is not to heavy and I have room. Great color, I love it.

This bag was way smaller than advertised. It wouldn't fit my 12.5" laptop and the green was not as green in person.
