Assembles quickly, super comfortable and better than what you're gonna get at a retailer for twice the price. The foot rest thing is kinda gimmicky and I won't use it, but the chair overall is great for the price.

The chair looks like the picture. It seems to hold my large spouse well. The reclining and leg rest works well.The massage part is just a plug in pillow. It has a cord about 5 feet so I don't put it on the chair as the cord restricts chair movement.

I give this four stars for now. I hope to update in the future. This is my first impression of this chair. I just put it together yesterday and started using it. It's still fresh as I just started the switch between my old beat up chair and this new one. I like to try to sit as close to having my body at ninety degrees as possible and this chair makes that possible. My old one had me leaning back quite a bit at it's highest and straightest setting so that is one plus. The head rest, seat and back feel very comfortable. My old one had no head rest and the seat was so thin it made my butt hurt just sitting in it for long periods so that is another plus at this point to this new one. It was relatively easy to put together as all the pieces were big and it went together in about an hour after getting all pieces laid out and looking at the instructions. My old one had no lumbar support and I have not used this one yet. I would prefer a blue tooth option rather than a usb cable to hook to my computer for the massage so we will see how that goes in the future. It appears the cable may constrict movement but I will add to my later review. So far it seems pretty sturdy for me and I am a big guy. 6' 4", 275lbs. The arms could be a little more cushioned but we will see as time goes on whether they lose what little comfort they offer at this time. My old one had no cushion left in the arms so this is still an improvement at this point. As far as price point, chairs like this range in this price point so the future will tell the story as to whether is was a true bargain or not. I will keep you posted.

This chair was super easy to put together, and it feels really sturdy aside from a little wiggle in the arm rests.The stitching seems like good quality and I didn't see any loose threads or spots that were non-consistent with the rest of the chair. The padding is fairly firm, but not uncomfortable by any means.I have 2 minor complaints, though. The biggest is that the recliner lock handle is too far back, which makes it difficult to reach while seated without feeling like you're going to get dumped. The more minor one is the finishing of the switch on the massage pillow cord that looks like hot glue. I'm sure it's safe, and not anything to be concerned about, but it looks unfinished and cheap compared to the rest of the chair overall.

The chair was pretty easy to set up just some minor things though like the the foot rest was not staying up one of the bolts was not coming out at first I even used a drill to loosen it up but I have to take a pliers and use my strength to get it off and 2 of the bolts were just not going in but again I just used my strength to get them in there though but it is pretty comfortable and the massage is really good for my back just a little loud though but like I said minor would buy again price would half to be at least 20% off at least

I've found the chair to be really uncomfortable there is no cushioning to it really at all.

This chair looks nice and was easy to put together.I was hoping to be blown away from the comfort, but it's just "ok".I sit all day at my office working on the computer. I got this chair in the hopes it would keep my lower back from getting sore.The big plus, for me, regarding this chair is the vibrating lumbar support.Sometimes I turn it on for an hour at times throughout the day while working. It uses a USB connection, so I just connect it into my laptop while working.Overall, it's a good looking chair with a vibrating lumbar support. The comfort level is "ok" after a day of sitting in it at the office.
