I love these things, I use them at least once a week and not just for tacos. The metal trays are clutch for putting soft taco shells (empty or full) into my toaster over to heat them up because it's metal it gets the middle warm and the edges toasted with a little crunch.I have used just the boards and side ramekins, not just for tacos and salsas, but also for sandwichs with extra mayo, mustard, onions, or seasonings on the side; for pot stickers with the goyza sauces on the side; for sushi with soy sauce and wasabi sauce on the side; for mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings with blue cheese and marinara on the side; for stone crab and shrimp with aioli and cocktail sauces on the side. I mean the possibilities are endless! I effen love them!

Almost perfect, great quality, easy to clean, would be easier to use if it was a bit wider & had a more U than V shape.I was a great gift for my husband.
