Very sturdy item. Much stronger than the flimsy Mr. Gasket adjustable bracket the vehicle had on it. I used this on a 1979 El Camino with a Performer Rpm intake, a 600cfm vacuum secondary Holley carb, and an early 90's 700r4.

Just like everyone else said, Its expensive, but its a good product. I used this on my 84 Camaro with a Holley carb and 7004R transmission. I would recommend using the Holley 20-121 kickdown bracket to make sure the TV cable geometry is correct. I was nervous about buying a bracket that wasn't adjustable, but it is designed to fit perfectly so no adjustment would be needed. Its make with some thick steel so it is not going to bend even after years of use.

Thick steel bracket, the holes are square for the mounting of throttle and kickdown or TV CABLE. My cables needed round mounting holes so I welded washers over the square openings to accommodate.

I bought this bracket in order to work with my 700-R4 GM transmission with my Holley 670 Street Avenger carburetor. At first, I thought it was crazy to spend that much when they make cheaper universal brackets. DO NOT use a universal bracket. They are cheap, and flimsy. This product is SOLID. It is very sturdy, matches up to the carburetor perfectly and does not bend, sway, move, etc. Works perfect!!!

Spend the money and buy this Holley part. The parts stores cheap chrome ones don’t compare. This is rigid and strong and doesn’t flex or move the way it’s designed
