I replaced an old Holley carb that was giving me fits. This one worked right out of the box with little to no set up adjustments needed. Float was the right height. Fuel mixture screws and Idle were dialed in as well.

Installed on a 1967 Ford truck to replace the original carb. It fired right up and only needed minor adjustments to idle. Have driven it several hundred miles so far and it works great.

I ordered this product less than a week ago and it got here in good time, it's a good carburetor, But it does NOT fit the plymouth 318 poly wide block with a stock manifold even though the "Does this product fit?" bar said it did, I'm sure this would be a good carb and probably would fit a 318 LA block *Don't quote me on that* but it does not fit the 318 poly

Installed on a 1978 Ford F-250 4x4 with the 400 cid engine. EXACT replacement for my particular application. Couldn’t be happier or more pleased. Nothing beats the way a brand new carburetor makes an old truck run!

Arrived early bolted it up and ran great right out of the box! Put it on a 64 Ford 390 FE with stock intake manifold to replace the stock 2100. Engine fired up perfectly, runs great and notice a substantial HP increase! Originally shopped for another 2100 but all you can buy are factory rebuilt ones for almost the same price or one made in China. I'd definitely go with the Holley again!

This was truly a bolt on and start carb. I put this on a 1966 Suburban and you would not believe the difference in how it starts up, runs, and the additional HP. Also, it looks great (see photo attached).

'78 Ford F350, 400 CID with only 120,000 km, it has ran like crap for the last 5 years and I finally had to do something just to move it in the driveway.I had planned on upgrading to a 4 barrel carb but this Holley 2 barrel was more economical way to go. i had used a Holley 2 barrel back in the late '70s on a Ford 390 CID engine with great success. installation was easy other than trying to find the correct fuel inlet fitting at the local parts store. with the carb dry the engine turned over for about 10 seconds then caught on and ran rough. once the choke was off it idled at only 400 rpm it sounded like it was going to die but just kept purring smoothly. i turned up the idle to 800 and when the temp gauge was at normal i drove it in the driveway without any hesitation when stepping on the gas pedal. from an idle i stomped on the pedal and left a burnt rubber mark about 15 feet long. not bad for a 6000 pound 38 year old truck with a stock engine other than duel exhaust.as always, shipping from Amazon.ca was painless in fact it arrived 4 days earlier than the original estimate arrival date.i love my truck now..... until the wifey comes home from work then she is the special one......
