I received my chair yesterday and I was a bit taken back by all the negative reviews. However, most of the recent positive reviews gave me the push to buy this chair. I mostly wanted this chair because of the lower back support pillow, but also the leg rest it comes with. It's pretty great so far!I assembled this around 9pm at night with no help, and it took probably roughly an hour for me (give or take) since I had some of the pieces positioned differently and I wasn't able to screw some screws in. I had to readjust a couple times, but nothing to worry about honestly. I think what was a bit difficult as first is placing the wheels on since you're supposed to hear a "click," but some wheels were a bit difficult to push in because the wheel kept spinning and I had to kinda shimmy it into place.This chair adjusts really well (in terms of height of the chair and if you want it to lean back/forward more), the cushions might be a bit stiff at first, but I think once you continue to use this chair it should feel a bit better. Comfort wise? It's pretty good for now. I work from home Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. I'm currently only on my 5th hour and it's still pretty comfy. The leg rest is nice, but I don't think it'll work for everyone who's taller than 5'1-5'4".The only annoying thing is that you can't really adjust the pillow and cushion straps. I have to re-adjust the cushions whenever I do sit down. So if you end up not using the cushions, it should be fine.Overall, I think it's a great chair, especially for the price. I had another chair I bought off amazon and it started to get really uncomfortable for me. The added pillows and cushions make it a lot better to work long hours. Thank you!

Bought this right when they sent us home for the pandemic and the 4 years since I’ve used it for my 40 hour work weeks as well as daily gaming. It’s comfortable, easy to assemble, but the lumbar support and head pillow are a joke, the straps stretched on their own and no longer have any sort of grip to the chair itself even after the first year. Biggest flaw is about 2 years ago I was reclining on it which I often do and the back completely snapped off sending me falling backwards and my back bent at a 200 degree angle lol. I’m 165lbs and I could have been seriously hurt but luckily wasn’t, just terrified at the time. Support quickly sent me a replacement part (control unit) free of charge although they made it clear the warranty had long ago expired. Looks like others have had the same issue as well. Ever since I got the new part, the chair has not been able to go up or down which has been tolerable but not ideal. Well, now the material is very worn and starting to make a mess on my floor from the foam falling apart as well as starting to become uncomfortable but I can confidently say I got my money’s worth out of this chair. Time to buy a new one now and I won’t be purchasing this chair again out of fear my back won’t survive another fall like that. Great chair that felt good as new for the first 6 months, I don’t recommend it if you’re recline a lot, or if you are heavy/long term use like I did. it’s also creaky and really loud now.

Bought this is Sept, has been a daily user. Did not adjust levels at all. I weigh 190. It broke in the middle in that time frame. Not a good product if it only lasts 5 monthsContacted Seller, unresponsive. A hundred bucks down the drain.Update:Seller has responded. Completely my faultOn the timing as my email was full (I did search, but still failed to see it).Seller has sent me a new control (portion that controls height, lean, etc.) this was the part that had broke on mine.Will update again if same thing happens.

I was really skeptical about this product because there was no good quality picture of the actual material! But you won’t be disappointed with this chair. Took me about 45 minutes to assemble (easy). The quality is good in general.The only thing that I don’t like about it is that the armrests aren’t adjustable! and they’re kinda short for me. Also, the iron part of the footrest could’ve been thicker to make more support (not really strong for both legs on it)

I mainly use this chair for office work, since working from home.This makes 8 hour shifts much more bearable. The massage function of the lower back cushion is a great feature (USB powered). The recline and leg rest are very comfortable.Only 3 drawbacks, which are minor:1 - the arm rests are unpadded plastic, though they are contoured instead of flat. So not uncomfortable.2 - the arm rests dont move when reclining, so if you fully recline, your arms may be in an awkward "do I put them above my head? Cross my arms? Let them dangle?" scenario.3 - the seat is very comfortable, but if youre a larger person, "thicc", and/or American, the raised sides at the front side of the seat can be a bit uncomfortable on the thighs. They also make it a bit of an issue to cross legs or sit with one leg crossed, like some people like to do.I think these are minor issues, personally. So all in all, this is a great chair for a great price.

I've received this chair yesterday and i am really disappointed. It's not comfortable at all. don't buy it.
