Solid. Doesn’t feel cheap. Screw hole spacing doesn’t quite fit standard stud spacing (why it’s 4 star instead of 5). I would have loved to get 2 screws in studs. I only got 1, but it still feels solid on the wall. Doesn’t move when I take items on and off. I will be ordering a second one very soon as I’m quickly running out of slots.

I believe the description says the hooks are 2 inches apart. They are not. Just over 1 inch. They will not fit olimpic size bar. Decal is also up side down makes it look tacky. I'll put tape over mine. It does seem sturdy. I do like how the hooks are bent up.

I was using metal hooks on my cinder block basement walls and thought I would upgrade to this and I'm happy about it, solid construction, tons of storage options, all the screws you need to put this in the wall, I'm going to install it in the cinder block so you will need some cement drill bits but should be sturdy enough for light to medium weight equipment, I will be using it to hang bands and assorted weight bars and accessories, overall a good buy to organize your work out area.
