These were very consistent high quality ferrules. I had to make some garage door cables and got tired of paying $2.50 for a ferrule and stop at the local box. Will find more use for these and the 165 ft of cable I bought,as I only used 25ft. Worked perfectly with a crimper I also sourced here. I can now make professional crimps and cables. I also really liked the chamfer at one end of the stop as it really helped to gather the wire into the stop.

I used these for a custom deck railing. After cutting the steel cables to length, I crimped these on after looping the ends. The cables slide through easily and these crimps were a perfect fit for my project.

This combo comes well packaged - the ferrules and stops are in separate, heavy-duty Ziploc bags and the two bags come together in another bag, making easy to keep track of them without having to store them in something else. The quality of the both the ferrules and stops is great - I bought a 2ft crimping tool along with these parts. The ferrules are strong enough that I am unable to crimp them without using additional leverage of some sort. I probably should have purchased a bigger set of crimps... The ferrules seems to be holding the wire very well and there has been zero slippage. No complaints at all about this purchase....
