Arrived quickly and dent free, fits in the space perfectly and is easy to use. It’s so easy to clean and doesn’t leave fingerprints or streaks. The lid is pretty seamless when closed so you can really only open it with the foot pedal (which is great if you have big dogs that like to try and go dumpster diving). The whole bin is nice and sturdy too. Well worth the price.

We purchased 2 of these for our kitchen and couldn't be happier. They are very large and look great! We use one for garbage and one for recycle. Step pedal opening works very well and the lid goes right up. The lid stays up when you push it straight up so you can empty the can. Nice plastic liner inside the can to prevent leaks on the floor. Charcoal deodorizer slot on the lid. The bags that come with the trash can smell strongly of baby powder, so we used those up and just use regular 13 gallon bags. Great quality. We've had our cans for over 3 months and they look and work great.Highly recommend!

Love this trash can! Foot pedal is easy to use, love that the lid goes into the top, which makes it look sleek, unlike traditional trash cans. Got this to replace a in-cabinet one that was just awful to pull out and barely held anything. Fills up the 13 gallon bag perfectly.My only wish is that the blue odor control thing would come off. It seems like it should, but feels like I need to break the hinges to do so. It just gets really dirty since it protrudes into the trash. Still really happy with my purchase. Thanks from one happy mom!

***Edited to add photo...someone asked about a handle in back & it didn't seem as though there was a pic in description. 😉We needed to replace our trash can, and I thought this one had pretty good reviews as well as the size/features that we were looking for. I did note that several people seemed to have gotten one with some sort of dent/damage....but the one we received was in perfect condition! I thought it would be about the same size as the one we had, but it actually seems to be a bit bigger. I think it is due to the shaping of the can. I do agree with some others that the scented bags are a bit strong, but they are still not really bad. I do like the rose smell and I think after a day or so the smell lessons. The foot pedal is also very nice. Not as long as the one we had before, and I think that is a good thing. Our last one broke on one side of the pedal and therefore was really not able to open well after that. Had just been getting worse over time. The old can opened from the front or long side....this one opens on the shorter side/end. It is not hard to press the peddle, but is somewhat firm, as it should be. The lid is easy to open carefully so as not to "fling" it open, and the soft close works really well. I also like that the bag is totally hidden inside the can. I think this one will be really nice for a long time!

I was able to get standard sized trash bags in it (unlike some of the other comments)—if I took out the inner trash can first and put the liner in it. Overall the look was exactly what I was looking for. The only downside: to open the lid requires quite a bit of force on the foot lever (much easier if you’re standing, very difficult if you’re sitting)—and there’s no other way to open the lid. I worry eventually it will break, and that will be the end of the trash can.

I can't say enough goodbthings about this trash can!! The design is perfect fotvthevendvof my kitchen counter. The pedal is on the narrow side so I don't have to walk around the can to step on the pedal to open the pail, just go to the of the counter and the pedal is in the front, not side. It's sleek but spacious, holds a ton of waste and the home zone trash liners are equally amazing. I never had a bag break and i have filled it to the max! The pail is ready to lift out to remove and replace the liner and the scented bags are such a plus! I highly recommend this trash container and the liners (sold separately) as well .. this pail is worth every penny!

This is slimmer than most trash cans and the matte black color helps it to blend in to the side of my cabinets! It is very durable and easy to clean. The lid functions with the step well, but also stays open easily. The only flaw that I see is that the air freshener comprtment will not stay closed.

I feel quite ridiculous raving about an inanimate object, but I really *do* love this garbage can! While my last one was also a 13-gal stainless steel can, I just love this design so much better. I love how the inner plastic can/liner is recessed and fits perfectly into the outer can. I love the shape of the liner can: its not a standard rectangle. It has little indents on the short ends of the rectangle, almost like handles. The lid opens and closes so smoothly. I love that the lid is recessed into the top creating a flush surface. This item came with 13 gal/50 liter garbage bags made by Home Zone, and they fit great, but as I ran low, I couldn't find replacements by Home Zone so I just purchased the Amazon brand of 13 gallon bags (what I used with my old garbage can). You definitely need to stretch the Amazon bags a bit in order for them to fit this liner but I love that too. The Amazon bags were always loose on my last trash can and I'd have to twirl them up and pinch the bag between the liner and the can to get them to fit tighter. I hated that! It was so annoying! So I do love that you need to stretch these to get them around the edge of the liner because they STAY put! And last but not least, I love that the "guts" for the lid (the verticle rods that enable the lid to open and close) are INSIDE the can! My last can had those workings on the outside of the can so when you wanted to keep the lid open for any amount of time, you'd have to pull the can away from the wall to keep the lid straight up. BUT NOT THIS CAN! The lid stands straight up without having to move it away from the wall. All around, I just love the design of this can!
