Ramekins are such a useful little item for your kitchen. I love the color of these as I bought them for our beach house. Dishwasher safe is always a plus and they seem to be of a great quality.

I use these on a hot plate to melt different shades of chocolate to make holiday treats. They are able to keep the chocolate at a nice temperature and small enough to not have to melt more than necessary to dip treats in. Big hit with the kids helping decorate cake pops.

The ramekins are a very good quality and arrived perfectly. We had hopes of them being a nice bluish turquoise, as the seller's photos show. However, they are a pleasing celadon (celery green).

I ordered these cups especially for Christmas dinner. I made homemade macaroni and cheese and baked it in my cups. Worked perfectly and my family loved their own cup of mac-n-cheese!!
