We bought a Moen hand shower for our guest bath. The hose that came with it was okay, but it hung so the bottom loop was right on top of the shower valve. Worked okay, but sometimes the hose would catch the lever as you were taking it down and turn the water full-cold. No good.I doomscrolled though all the offerings on Amazon and selected this one mostly on delivery time. So glad I did. The outer casing on this is a tight metallic weave and is super flexible right out of the box. It actually feels like something that's higher quality than the Moen head itself. Now the hose goes down both sides of the valve and loops about 18" below it. No more accidental changes.10/10 recommend.

I wanted a longer hose for the shower head because I wash my dogs in the tub and the standard hose just doesn't work for that. This hose is perfect for my needs. It's metal but unlike some of the metal hoses it's very flexible.Fits in the standard shower head holders fine. What i like about that is there's an o-ring on the outside of the connection to the shower head, so it makes it a snug fit when you put it in the holder. But you can take that o-ring off if it's to large for your holder.

Bought as my original hose was really short and couldn't wash out my toddlers hair when taking a bath. This is super long but works great. Also very helpful when giving my husky and corgi a bath.

Perfectly made, this hose is far more flexible and light than my former hose that came with the hand held shower head. I needed FAR more length, so I got the 11' hose, and it's made showering sooo much better! It's a LOT of hose. I have a shower chair and I face away from the shower head. The "normal" hose lengths make it very awkward, annoying, and irritating to take a shower with the hand held device. So the solution? A realllllly long hose! Voila... the hose goes up and around the shower up high (we have hooks for hanging things like shower poufs, cloths, loofahs... things with loops) and it come down on the other end of the shower. Just where I need it! A suction cup mount for the shower head and I have plenty of slack to use it as I want, and put it on the wall facing me. No more annoying and irritating banging the hose against my shoulders and arms. No more dropping the too-short shower head and having it clank against the wall, the seat, the floor... and spray water wherever it wants. Yeah it got water everywhere a couple of times.Well no more. This is a great solution to something that was wrong for my needs. Thank you HomeIdeas!!

The hose that came with my shower head was too short for bathing my dogs and it was made of plastic. After years of use, it finally snapped and broke. I ordered this as a replacement. It fits great and doesn’t leak at all and it came with extra gaskets for the hose. The added length is going to be so nice the next time I bathe my dogs too. Love it.

Another update to this hose. I really despise giving negative reviews, but I can't let this one slide:I reported this hose before as breaking under very minimal use. Just for fun, I managed to repair it at that time but it just broke AGAIN and in the exact same spot. Right where it connects to my shower wand. And again - under very minimal use. So enough is enough!I came up with (hopefully) a final solution. If you're interested... read on:My shower hose/set-up has your standard G1/2" connectors on each end. One to my shower wand and the other on the shower outlet on the wall.Find yourself a STAINLESS STEEL WATER SUPPLY LINE. The type you see for sinks, toilets, etc. Amazon and most hardware stores have several in various lengths. It took me some hunting, but I found one in a 10ft length and it has the 1/2" FIP on each end and fits perfectly (your connections may be different, so check first). These water supply hoses already have rubber seals built in so you shouldn't have to put any sealing tape on them, etc. Pretty much plug-n-play.I also use a SHOWER HOSE/HEAD SWIVEL and I highly suggest getting one as the stainless hose is much stiffer than your typical 'shower' hose and won't swivel the handle on its own. These swivels are cheap ($10 or so). Heck you might even put a swivel at both ends.Yes, this SS hose is a bit more ugly, heavier and stiff.. BUT I imagine you're here reading this because you're sick and tired of the cheap hoses breaking? Yep.. thought so. Me too! Will my SS hose idea be the final solution? Time will tell. Naturally everything wears out and breaks, but I've never seen an SS water supply line burst even under insane water pressures. I've seen the SS braiding eventually breaking away but that was after years of use. The hose inside never burst.STOP buying these cheap hoses. I did hours of research before I bought this "Homeideas" hose ad I thought I picked a winner.. NOPE. It was most definitely a LOSER.... TWICE. I should have never repaired it and tossed it straight into the garbage can, but there was no harm in trying. The repair worked fine, but it broke again in the exact same spot so that tells you it's a design or material flaw. The inner hose is simply too thin and weak. It might be a better product if that inner hose was thicker and tougher with a higher burst rating. I thought of replacing that inner hose with something higher rated but it wasn't going to be cost effective. My final thoughts:Sorry, but I cannot suggest this "Homeideas" hose to anyone. I suggest going back to the drawing boards and fix your product. Replace that inner hose with something better. In its current configuration, It's not a matter of "IF" it fails... it's "WHEN".

We have a separate shower and bath. The shower is on a water pump and bath on gravity feed and so the latter takes a long time to fill. Putting the bath on the water pump was going to be tricky and expensive. This was a simple and effective solution. The hose is flexible and easy to attach to the shower and length chosen was just right.

Purchased this to replace the original hose that came with the shower head. First I wasn't prepared for how long this hose really was and I was pleasantly surprised. Secondly, it is so pliable. It doesn't kink and do it's own thing like the original one did.

After spending quite some time on internet, finally I made up my mind to purchase those two items. The delivery was very fast. I installed them very easily and is so happy to use them. I got what I want.

Excellent product, well made and fit for purpose. The only problem I had was the shower fitting had a female gland instead of the normal male gland. I just assumed they were all the same when I ordered the product, so my fault. This extension has female connections both ends, so to overcome the problem I purchased a male connector & took the shower head off and joined the existing hose to the extension hose, problem solved and an even longer hose into the bargain!

A good length, makes using it with my dogs and disabled wife very easy, it reaches all over the large shower with ease (1400 by 900).Fits like any other shower hose and is very flexible. Comes with good sealing washers.
