These are very pretty and I am overall pleased with them.When ordering keep in mind the description says “Please note that each farmhouse candle holder will be slightly different in texture and tone due to handmade.†They are made of lightweight wood and will show any imperfections in the wood. This adds to the rustic look. This showed on the base of the tallest candle stand.I measured each stand and they will indeed hold a 3†candle. Each candle holder comes with a removable spike. This allows for a candle to be held in place. Or remove it and you can set something the 3†opening as there is a small lip around the top. Very versatile. The small and middle candle holders measured at the described height, however the tallest holder measured 13.5†not 12â€. This is the reason for removing one star. This will not be an issue for me, but if you are needing specific measurements this will be good to know.I am personally very pleased with these and happy to have them.
