FAQs & IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE USAGE
1. On what surfaces do the mats work? Only use our mats on clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. On structured surfaces the vacuum won't build up in the suction cups.
2. What do I need to do before using the shower mat? It's mandatory to rinse the tub beforehand, even better, let the water run - it should be wet in any case - and then firmly press and stroke the mat with your hands on the tub floor to create a vacuum in the suction cups on the bottom and to smooth the mat. Check if it's securely in place before stepping on it.
3. How can I take care of the mat? Our mat is inherently made from a durable material and is machine washable. We strongly recommend rinsing your mat after each use and hanging it to dry on the supplied hooks. This way, you'll enjoy the mat for years!
4. How can I hang the bathtub mat to dry? Place the self-adhesive hooks on a clean, dry, and smooth surface – our suggestion is inside the tub, then the mat is out of sight and invisibly stored - and simply hang the mat on the drain holes. To remove the hooks, gently warm them with a hairdryer and peel them off from one corner. They are reusable.
5. Can the mat be used with a drain in the center of the bathtub? Yes, the extra-large holes allow for optimal water circulation and drainage - regardless of where the drain is located.
6. What is the mat made of? Our mat is made of skin friendly vinyl (PVC) and is regularly tested on-site by a registered testing institute in accordance with Article 59, Paragraph 10 of the REACH Regulation.
7. What do I do, if the hooks are missing in the packaging or a hook is broken? You need to tell us and we will provide a replacement!

Cute cute mat; kid approved.Even though the bottom curls up and the bottom and a couple suction cups don’t stay down I’m still giving this 5 stars. It has great tread, fits the whole tub, the hooks stick so well and the mat is very easily suctioned down; removed and cleaned.

Product came exactly as expected, made from a great quality material, with awesome graphics. It is made for a tub with the spout on the right side though so something to be aware of. The graphics face the wall for us but the kids don’t care about that. Easy to put down, and works fabulous for slip resistance. Haven’t needed to wash yet because we take it out after each bath but seems like it’ll do well in the washer (with no agitator) & hang dry.

The mat looks really cute and is comfortable to stand and sit on. I like that it came with hooks to hang it up, and it seems high quality. However, the suction doesn’t work that well with my bathtub and slides a lot. There’s also an indent on one side for putting it around the drain, which only works if I put the mat backwards since the indent is on the wrong side for my bathtub’s design.

This mat is cute and interactive. My daughter loves to “find the dolphin or whale “ it keeps her safe and secured in the bathtub. The length is perfect for our tub- it curves right at the drain. I bought this is October and it still sticks to the fooor and the wall. I do hang it up after each bath to drain. I love all the other design options too

We bought this for our toddlers bath time. He’s never slipped on it. It really provides a cute play area for bath time and makes me feel more at easy with my active toddler playing in the water. It’s pretty good quality and with the purchase. It’s easy to clean. We bought two hooks to hang it on the bathtub wall when we’re done using it. It dries easy, doesn’t smell, and is the perfect size for a standard bath tub. I recommend this bath mat.

LOVE THIS BATHMAT!!! Made with durable thick materials. This bathmat is a little pricey (for us) but I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and lemme tell you! It's great!!! Soft, yet thick, with durable suction cups. I also love the fact that it comes with hooks to hang it with! Just a little advice tho.... wipe your shower walls with alcohol wipes before you hang your hooks! It will get rid of any grease or residue so your hooks stay stuck to your wall. There's no rubber smell either. I have an oval garden tub so it's about 2 inches too long for my tub but I don't mind that at all. It's well worth the $ people!

A little big for my older tub, suction cups keep in place but does need to be constantly repositioned - this is probably because it's too big for my tub.Super easy to keep clean, very nice quality. I have not slipped once since installing. My toddler loves the sea creatures on it.

My little one loves this bath mat which is the ideal size for our tub. He loves the water-life pictures too. The real pro is it comes with tile hooks to hang up after each bath, leaving it neatly hanging whilst drying. Super hygienic too, have been using it for a while and no signs of limescale or mould

Perfect for our two boys to play in the bath. In contrary to other bath mats that turn green and slimy, this bath mat doesn't get slimy and is easily cleaned.

Ce tapis est génial ! Non seulement il est très beau mais en plus l'anti-dérapant est d'excellente qualité. Le nombre de ce rouse permet vraiment au tapis de ne pas bouger. Les trous permettent une bonne aération et évite que de l'eau stagne. Vraiment un excellent tapis de bain !
