Was pleasantly surprised at these. They are much cheaper than the brand name versions, a bit thinner, but work and last as good. Old on the left.. new on the right. Good purchase!

We used to buy name brand sponges but once we found these, its all we use. These are a little smaller than those name brand, but not enough smaller to make a difference in performance. Other than size they last just as long and work just as well.. The BEST part in my opinion is the cost. I hate having sponges around longer than a week or so because they can harbor so many germs. But these are so cheap that we trash it once a week and sooner and always have a fresh, clean one. Love these and would recommend to anyone.

I was expecting these sponges to be cheap and thin. They are not. They are tick and durable. They work for my dishes as well as cleaning my tile countertops with bleach.

Excellent purchase a little smaller by maybe a couple centimeters, but not anything that is an issue as I’ve seen in other reviews. Will buy again. Great deal good product.

I expected these to be the size of the ones you get in the store. These are smaller and not as long or thick. Time will tell if they can do as good a job.

I’ve been using this brand of biodegradable sponges, and brands similar, for a few years now and love them! I initially bought them to use at our vacation rental, but started using them at home as well. I actually cut the sponges in half. Each (half) sponge lasts for about a week and then gets tossed. They don’t last long, but THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT! Due to germs and stink, I don’t like to keep using a single sponge long term, but hated the idea of throwing away all that plastic (the sponge, the wrapper, the wrapper for the individually wrapped sponges…).

These are pretty much identical to the higher-priced sponges you find on supermarket shelves...and cost a lot less money! I'm very well-pleased with them and will be buying them from Amazon going forward. Since I live alone, I don't have many dishes to wash (no dish washer in my apartment) and they seem to last for ages! I don't discard one until there's an obvious bacteria build-up (detected by odor), so I don't need to purchase them too frequently. I always make sure I've squeezed out all the water I can before putting the sponge in it's place near the sink, so it takes a long time before bacteria takes over!
