How to Train Your Dog?
01: Put the dog grass pad on the fixed place you want. Such as balcony, terrace, yard, living room and anywhere indoor or outdoor. Allow your puppy to see and sniff the potty tray. This will help him get used to the new item so he isn't scared of it at potty time.
02: If your puppy starts sniffing around on the ground instead of playing or chewing on a toy, this is a good indication that it needs to go potty. Use a single, strong repeat a consistent command before the dog goes potty, such as, "Go Potty".
03: Don't forget whenever your dog uses the potty system, Give some reward. Positive reinforcement is always preferred over punishment. This will teach your dog that using the system is a good thing.
04: Tips: Never hit or yell at your dog. This may have an adverse effect on your training. Rub some of your dog’s urine on the turf to stimulate him to go potty on new potty tray.
Warm tips:
Because the product has been in a closed state for a long time due to long-term transportation, there will be a little smell when the package is opened. we recommend washing and airing it before use to get rid of the odor.

It’s perfect! The only thing is my dogs hasn't use it yet. Hopefully with the spray attractant & training they will get use to it.

I have an elderly dog with pain, so the height of it is a tad too tall but he's working with it. The splash guard is not long enough. Why doesn't it extend to the length of the box?? You know dogs pace and circle... The splash guard needs to be full size...? However, the overall concept and usage has been ok. The pan fills up quickly. The cleaning is ok. No spillage so far. But you must empty and clean. The clean up is not bad. I would recommend putting a waterproof or washable large pad underneath if inside for doggies feet and such... My dog used the box right away. I bought the large but it still needs to be a bit bigger and maybe lower the front/sides like a small extended ramp. It has saved me many pee pads! So that's good. The smell is less. I think with a few tweaks, this would be very good. I would suggest trying it. I like it. It's better that what I was using before.

Works okay. Not for every dog. Only one dog of mine uses it out of the two that I have. Due to the noise it makes when they get on.

Okay was skeptical if this would work for my border collie puppy for inside when its pouring outside and cant run the yard.Well it did he went on it immediately. Everything was going great until 2 hours later .It started to smell i could smell the ammonia in the urine.So i cleaned it with soap and water and my hose it still smelled.So i ran to Walmart and picked up some urine enzyme cleaner which did the trick took the smell away until the next urination.If you buy this be prepared with Enzyme cleaner for fake dog grass potties and alot of cleaning.One good thing the tray is easy to clean and very durable.Its made well also with the pee guard that is very helpful if that wasnt there the pup can pee on my wall. So im glad they built 1 in.They thought of everything except the urine does stay inside the fibers of synthetic grass.Maybe start selling this potty with a all natural enzyme cleaner because after your dog urinates just 2 times your going to need it.Love the easy plastic tray that pulls out to dump the urine it also is well madeBut make sure you empty after every urination from your dog.

It was really cool but unfortunately my dog didn't want to go to the bathroom on it.But he was already trained to go outside.So perhaps better for a puppy.

I ordered the most expensive one so I had 2 pads of grass for alternating when cleaning and it arrived with only one. Scammed me $12 and I’m not going through the hassle of returning and getting a new one, my puppy will be here in a couple days. Expensive, not worth it.

Despite the description reading that it’s good for medium sized dogs, my medium sized dog couldn’t turn around on it, it’s so small, so stepped off and pee’d on my deck. Super disappointing because it wasn’t cheap. Don’t buy unless you have a really small dog.

Die Toilette ist von der Größe her für kleine Hunde gut geeignet aber keinesfalls für den Innenbereich! Auch auf dem Balkon ist der strenge Geruch dieser Matten eine Zumutung! Trotz gründlicher Reinigung mit sämtlichen mir zur Verfügung stehenden Putzmitteln, zuletzt mit Waschmittel eingeweicht und Zugabe von Wäscheperlen stinken die grünen Auflagen nach kurzer Benutzung zum Himmel! Für diesen stolzen Preis habe ich das nicht erwartet. Kann deshalb diese Toilette nicht empfehlen.
