I got this because my babies room is always so cold, despite having the heater on. I got this to help keep him warm. This blanket is moderately soft and is moderately thick. It's not a big one so expect it to be perfect for the kid up till about 2. Then it probably runs a little small. I would order another color for sure though, its cute

This blanket is extremely soft! My 2 year old loves it to keep him cozy in the car. It is a single layer of material so it is light weight but the fleece material makes it warm. The stitching is not the highest quality and I am often cutting thread off of it. The sizing was perfect for being a car blanket and coloring was just as pictured.

Super soft material. Definitely does not have that cheap feel to it. It really does keep my daughter warm at night. Easy to fold and store away. Washed multiple times and it still has that soft feel to it.
