OEM oil filter gasket...I do wish they had some sort of instruction to tell you which side goes in and which goes out as they are different. I luckily remembered how I pulled the old one off and think I installed it the same.

A little pricey (the gasket is more than the filter or the oil!) but it isn't just a paper gasket, it appears to be a neoprene or something with a raised profile on the mating surface. I've never had a leak and with my Honda's 6,000 mile oil change interval the cost isn't a big deal.

I am not sure what other models this gasket fits but can confirm it is the correct gasket for the model it states it fits. It only goes on one way so can't go wrong. I am not sure why they state it should be changed every oil change because it's a metal gasket. However, the owner manuals states change oil every 12k which seems way too long an interval. I change every season or around 4K so probably won't be changing out this gasket every time unless it's leaking of course.
