My husband had a hard time finding the correct o-ring and had ordered an o-ring set that was make in china. Turns out that they leaked. So frustrating for him. He finally found the original part on Amazon and once he put that into the motorcycle it finally resolved the issues.

Worked perfectly for my 2000 Honda Rancher 350. No clue why this size 0-ring is so hard to find and cost $10, but this is OEM and a perfect fit.
