One of the two o-rings for the oil filter housing. It fits perfectly (as it should; it's OEM). If you have a Honda 2.4L engine and you think you have an oil pan leak, but it's only around the oil filter, it is probably where the oil filter housing mates to the engine block. 3 bolts come out and replace the two o-rings (this is one of them). Very cheap and quick fix and very DIY-friendly.
