It does not come with instructions, but you can find videos on how to install back racks on YouTube. Fits exactly for a Honda Metropolitan (mine is 2019 model). Should fit for any model. Came without any issues.

I just got my 2018 Honda Metropolitan, and wanted to attach a basket to the back. (I went with the Prima Metal Milk Crate.) Taking the existing rear bar off was only a little tricky (you need an 8 mm and deep 10 mm socket wrench, and you have to read the owner's manual), but altogether took me about 30 minutes. The new rear rack is very solid chromed steel and fits the bike very well. Be aware that it only has about a 15 lb. weight limitation. This is because it sits on the rear fender - the rack itself could hold WAY more than that, but the fender would buckle, especially if you went over a bump. I'm really quite happy with it!

Purchased this to carry a metal crate on my 2020 Metropolitan scooter. It takes the place of the handbar that comes on it from the factory. It goes in the exact same place and even uses the same hardware. I love it for allowing the versatility of carrying things on my scooter.

Easy to install and allows for further installation of a basket. Purchased the Prima Milk Crate (metal) based on a different review and am very happy with the result!Update 12/2022. Still love it!
