We already had a set of these in my son's room but of course kid's rooms can never have enough storage. I ordered another kit, thinking I could vary it's configuration to fit some of his larger trucks. It didn't work perfectly with the different configuration, but it did work well enough. I am actually quite happy with it considering I didn't put it together as intended. I also like that it's easy to disassemble for moving or for a different configuration. (I do use zip ties to hold it all together though. The corner brackets are great to initially get it together, but they're not 100% secure, especially if you reassemble it many times I imagine. The zip ties on each corner gives me peace of mind that all our stuff won't just end up on the floor.) This has become my favorite light weight, inexpensive storage solution.

I bought this for my daughter's college dormitory room, which is very tight on space and shared with another room mate. The price for this brand modular storage unit was much cheaper here on my PRIME account than I could find anywhere else on the internet. It arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It is sturdy, easy to wipe clean, and can be configured into many different ways to suit your individual needs. The best thing about it is it will be just as easy to take down and store away when school is done.

Bought four of these... One for each of my children to store their personal things. I gave this 3 stars because even though I love that this is made out of strong sturdy materials it is a bit unstable. If it is moved or bumped even a little the shelves slide out of place and there is no moving them all at once without losing a few pieces. My solution to this problem: I hot glued all the shelves in place. I really love it now that it doesn't fall apart with the slightest movement.

I like the size of these cubes. They are larger than the standard cubes, which means I can put a lot more in them. They were easy to put together, easily fit inside of my small bedroom closet, and should prove very functional.I purchased these for the size and color, and I was a little hopeful that they would be more of a sparkly silver, but it is a industrial silver. I was a little disappointed that the metal is wobbly. It gets stronger when reinforced with other sides connected, but I'm not sure if they will last the 10+ years if I am putting heaving items in them. But, they are still very good for the price and ease of putting together.If I could recommend anything different for this product, it would be nice if the connectors matched the wire frames. Black is generally a nice color, but it doesn't really work with the silver wire shelves; it really stands out like an eye sore. Also, they are clunky and stick out at the edges. I would prefer a different design and is more sleek.

I move a lot, so having an easy to build and deconstruct storage cube is important. I have an older set, but I wanted more. So i picked this up and it works great. I put it together in about 15 minutes and have another set on the way to build it bigger. There are two different square sizes for side piece or shelf piece. So be sure you have an idea of how you want it built. You can easily re-adjust the shelves as you want them whenever you want them. Some assembly required, but no tools required.

These are so versatile, we love them. I bought this and cable ties to make a nice, multi-level rabbit hutch at a fraction of what it would have cost to by one of similar size pre-made.Later this spring we will be using these to create tall trellises and cages for our vegetable gardens. These will make perfect cages to keep the critters out of the plants and climbers like cucumbers, beans and melons can easily use these as a support. Easy construction to any height for those of us that don't want to break out hammers, saws, etc for projects. Similar supports pre-made would cost 3X as much.

This shouldn't even be classified as a shelf. It constantly falls over after it's put together. It's fine if you put nothing at all on it and don't bump it by any means. I bought it to hold some clothes that I didn't have room for in drawers and it wouldn't even hold that up without collapsing. I can't even imagine trying to put something heavy on it. I can't use it and I feel guilty even giving it away. It will cost a fortune to return it due to it's weight... so I am planning on donating it to a second hand store or something. A definite disappointment.

the plastic locks keep coming off.i used it only to stack folded clothing inside my closet, but the locks tend to come off, and because everything is interconnnected, the rest of the shelving comes apart easily.plus the metal part is flimsy, it tends to sag when clothing is put on it.if you are looking to used it for stacked clothes, it would be better to try the one by whitmor. my daughter has it in her closed and it is much sturdier.

Bought it for my wife's mother. Awkward shaped second closet and the 6 cubes fit perfectly for stacking T-shirts and sweaters. As an extra precaution, I attached zip ties to ensure safety & stability. An extra really as it is quite stable.

its as advertised, looks pretty good for the most part, except for 2 of the panels had 1 loose rail, on the same spot too...can still be used thoughnot sure how long this would hold or how much this can hold, we just got it, and only use it to store t shirts and stuff
