Exactly as described and a great price to boot. Does an outstanding job scrubbing allergens, dust and other irritants from our heating system. Easy for a DIY installer, too. I had it installed and operating in about 4 hours (fiberglass ducts).

Worked fine until the silver plating on the filter contacts fell off and jammed into a crevice, shorting the power supply and finally killing it. I did not see the metal flakes until after I really inspected it upon failure. We had about three years of clean air, now we have an expensive door stop. Honeywell isnt what it usd to be I guess.
