The boxed Honeywell filter was as expected.The pre-filter (Type A) was larger than the original Honeywell pre-filter that came with the unit. This isn't really a problem - you can cut it to the right size, or just tuck in the extra.

We have used the Honeywell air purifiers for a while now as they help clean dust from the air inside the house. Filters are very easy to change. I clean ours about every 4-6 weeks and replace with new filters every year

I thought they had discontinued the roll of pre-filters And like many people spent years, cutting out the exact size to fit over my HEPA filter for my Honeywell air purifiers.When I bought these, I didn’t like them because they were more expensive but upon opening them they are much sturdier and I think thicker than the prefilter that you cut off of the roll so I really love them and I would definitely buy them again because they just fit right into your purifier and you’re good to go!

These pre-filters work so well. Very easy to install. You can literally see the difference it makes and how well it captures the dust, pollen, and other allergens. You know because of this pre-filter you are breathing in better quality air. Must replace the pre-filter every three months, but worth it!

I have a 3 year old Honeywell air purifier with 2 hepa-filters and a single (large) pre-filter sheet. It was impossible to find that large pre-filter size on line (!?). So I ended up ordering this set, which implied that it was two separate pre-filters, each exactly sized to cover one hepa-filter. I suppose they do fit, more or less, but it's not an exact fit so it probably doesn't work as well as the one piece pre-filter.What is wrong with a company that can't simply list and make available the SIMPLEST of replacement parts for their products? Or a sales site that, when you do specify a particular size, just brings up pages of products that don't match the search criteria (typical of Amazon, as we all know).One of the more bizarre and frustrating online shopping experiences.
